Minako Takenouchi

Minako is in charge of the Japan Desk within the International Business Advisory Services department. Japan Desk assists Japanese investors in France and French investors in Japan.

After starting her career in supporting Japanese companies based in France for the management and optimization of their business, Minako spend 6 years in large international firms working for Accounting departments.

She is specialized in accounting of multinational groups. She is also engaged in various fields of support for international companies in cooperation with the appropriate experts in tax, employment and other consultancy services.

Her knowledge of both European and Japanese cultures makes her a key expert to support companies in their cross-border business.

竹野内美奈子は、グラントソントンのインタ－ナショナル・ビジネス・アドバイサリー・サ－ビスに所属し外国企業の会計を扱うと同時にジャパンデスクで、フランスの日系企業のあらゆる分野にわたるサポート、フランス企業の日本進出のサポ－トを担当しています。

フランスで日系企業を専門とする会計事務所で数年の経験を積んだ後、国際大手会計事務所で6年間、国際会計、グループ企業の担当を経て現在では国際企業の会計を専門とし、税務、雇用等その他の分野に関する相談は各専門家と連携を取りながら国際企業への多方面からのサポ－トに従事しています。

日本で働いた経験もあるので、日系企業の二－ズを把握しており日本とヨーロッパの文化の違いから起こる問題等を解決することによってビジネスの成功に繋がる術も心得ています。
